a shambles- Arranged a date for the work and no-one came, they started the work a month later than arranged. Workers just turned up, no forward planning. Roofers arrived before scaffolding was erected, we called the office to query, they said no more work was scheduled for the address, so they were corrected.. - Trustmark’s management team have been receptive to the issues I have raised and were proactive in making adjustments in order to accommodate my requests and improve my overall customer experience.
I am pleased with the work that’s been done.

This customer was let down with communication, we accepted that and compensated her with money off and some additional free works. Once the Directors were made aware of the issues they were quickly resolved and the customer is now pleased with the finished work and the company. Can the Clown comments be removed as they are personal and unnecessary.
