Good old fashioned customer service!
I had a leak in my valleys on the roof. I asked x3 companies to quote. X1 still hasn't and x1 was silly money . However, when I called Shane from Trustmark after seeing his number in one of those little books that get poked through the letter box, I was hugely impressed. From initial contact to completion of the works Shane and his team were the consummate professionals. I got back later that day after they had finished and the drive was cleaner then when I left it! Highly Recommended Company
Needed the ridge tiles above my bay window lifted and reset due to a leak, contacted Trustmark and received a response within 10mins Came and gave me a quote, which was reasonable and they arrived on time the following day, job completed and cleaned up. Guttering- cleaning and repair
I needed some downpipes replaced and the guttering cleaned and the whole process, from getting a quote to the work being completed was quick and trouble-free.
