Tom was very professional and polite in looking into the issue in detail. He was also very supportive and helpful in giving constructive feedback and advices for any additional questions being asked.

I don't usually bother to review stuff online but thought I'd make an effort due to how happy I was with the job today. I work up this morning to find I had no hot water or heating and 3 kids not wanting to have a cold shower. I was pleased to see that he turned up within an hour and the boiler was repaired within 30 minutes of him arriving. In addition, he provided some good free advice about how long my boiler was going to last before it needed replacing. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs their boiler fixed or replaced.

Called TSB Heating after two company failed To attend, there was no extra charge for it being a emergency, showed up on time and was very professional, explaining exactly what was wrong and the cost of repair.. also asked if I would like him to explain the repair and cost to my daughter ( as I live alone) would highly recommend this company.
