I called TS gas with an emergency gas problem. The lady who took my call was fabulous (Elaine), professional, and super efficiently offered an appointment that morning for my tenant. She was very reassuring in a worrying situation. After the engineer had called a very prompt feedback was given. I would not hesitate to recommend, nor have any doubt in using this company again. 10/10 without a doubt

Booked a boiler service who didnt keep appointment twice. Saw TS.Gas van drive past so looked at some reviews. Emailed them with almost instant response and had appointment booked for next morning. Engineer turned up exactly on time and was informative and helpful. Will be using again for more extensive work.

After posting the job on Checkatrade, I was contacted by TS Gas to visit the house. Tom was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs and was able to take on additional services to the combi boiler installation so that I didn't need to source other trade to do other works. Quote for the works and subsequent agreement on the price was quick and easy without complication. Job started as planned and although there were minor complications with the boiler on installation, TS Gas did everything to resolve without my involvement. A great all round service and very much recommended.

The job involved removal of an existing boiler and replacement with a new Worcester Bosch unit complete with Nest controller. The work started promptly and completed in the time frame agreed. The installers were very pleasant and happy to relay details regarding progress. The job ran smoothly and now we have a modern, fully functioning central heating system. Good job well done and I would use them again.

They completed the work on time and on Budget. The work was of a high Standard, we are completely satisfied. Tom was very good to deal with and always available on the phone if required. His colleagues did their job professionally and courteously.
