Hi, you asked us to clean your windows last month, we explained the method we use to clean the windows and that the windows will be left wet but will dry clear with no streaks as we use purified water. You said you had no money to pay us on the day, but we said no problem we can catch you next time. You haven’t been in touch since the last clean a month ago to let us know you are unhappy. We called today and started to clean your windows, you said you weren’t happy and you are not paying for this time or last time and that you didn’t want us to call anymore so we stopped half way through the clean.
With regard to calling you a divvy, that is not how we speak to anyone especially one of our customers.
