Tom gave me a no obligation quote ( on Saturday) for the repair to my shed roof, after explaining all options open to me, he gave me time to think it over or even get other quotes. When I contacted him ( on Monday) to arrange a date to complete the work, he was very helpful & arranged to do it that Thursday, he came on steated day & completed the job with no fuss, giving a guarantee for his work I would recommend T.S.General roofing.

The chimney on our 50 year old house was in need of repair. Significant weathering had degraded the cement to the extent that a number of bricks were literally balancing on the stack. Tom completed the rebuild promptly and to a standard he was happy to back up with a written 10 year guarantee. As a property manager in my working career, I have worked with many builders and contractors and Tom was knowledgeable, a clean and tidy worker. I woul have no hesitation in recommending Tom for this type of work

The Dry Verge System was fitted over two days and comprised of two ends of the bungalow roof and a short, matching section over the porch. All the work was completed to a good standard, mainly by Tom, who kept us fully informed about arriving or leaving site, as well as progress, or any issues arising, about the job. Tom even replaced a ridge tile that cracked during the work at his own cost, and We are very pleased with the result and may well call on him for further work in the future.
