Tuncer was excellent. hmHe responded to the job post quickly and as we had a leak he made himself available as soon as we needed him. He quickly identified the issue and talked us through our issues. He then carried out the works quickly, cleanly and for a reasonable price. his communication was excellent through and he just comes across as a nice guy.
