Prompt, polite and genuine. Tuncer was quick to attend in the first place and carried out the job efficiently and exactly as agreed. He has promised to follow up if required and arranged Thames water to attend and carry out their work. All in all I am highly impressed with his service and he is a genuine professional.

Terry came to our flat and explained diagnosed the issue quickly. He clearly explained the work that would be done to give us hot water with good pressure. He carried out the work professionally and did not leave any mess behind him. He was very lovely and worked continuously throughout the day he spent here. We now have powerful, hot water and are so pleased with the work that was done. Would highly recommend!

Terry arranged to arrive at 8.30am to fix our toilet plunger and arrived 20 minutes earlier. The work was done quickly and with minimum of fuss and everything was tidied away afterwards. Perfect. Thank you!
