had someone from homeserve come to do a boiler service, when she arrived she told me she couldn't do the service and I needed a new PCB, I contacted Tumbridge home services, who advised this was incorrect and sent an engineer to do a service, engineer was prompt and completed the service with no problems at all. will never use anyone else now

From the office to the engineers, I found them all to be polite, helpful and professional. The work carried out was to a high standard, we are very pleased. The areas which the work was carried out was left clean and tidy. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

THS did come in the end and I’ve been happy with the job so ignore the negative review which I asked check-a-trade to take down and to not publish.

Excellent. Saf arrived on time, took enormous pride in his work but still had time to explain to me what he was doing and why. Highly recommend him and will definitely ask for him again for any other plumbing jobs.
