  Quality Installation.

  We would thoroughly recommend Tunbridge Wells Double Glazing. Geoff and his team Ryan and James fitted a composite door and windows. James and Ryan did a marvellous job they were so professional, polite and tidy. The work was completed in the time frame specified and the price was very reasonable. We are so pleased we used TWDG and have had numerous compliments from neighbours and friends about the top quality and high standard of the installation.

  Do not touch this company with a barge pole! I cannot give a completion date since the work has never been completed to a satisfactory standard. We deeply regret using this company as our replacement windows are actually worse than the draughty 40 year old ones they replaced. We have had to call trade back on numerous occasions to fix problems. He is dismissive and rude and will not take any responsibility for any problems arising and that is when he actually bothers to respond to phone and mail messages. We are still awaiting our FENSA certificate despite several requests!

  James and Ryan did an excellent job on the window installation which comprised two bay windows and 3 others, as I was intending to do all the making good after installation the standard of work left me with only minor work to do. Since completion there have been many comments from neighbours on how good they look.
