Excellent customer service, cleaned up thoroughly as they went along. Excellent grafters and just got on with it. They were unable to cut the top of the hedges at the back but did the sides. Unable to rake out the soil as they didn’t realise the amount from the photos. Didn’t trim the sides of the garden. Hopefully next time I call them they will have equipment to do the top hedges and do the whole garden. Communication was ok I was waiting on replies sometimes and did ask someone to come out to look at the garden prior.

I can't praise Turf and Tidy too highly. The young men who came to tackle my extremely overgrown garden did a magnificent job. It was an extremely hot day when they came but they cheerfully went to work, getting rid of the brambles and nettles and trimming overgrown bushes. They worked really hard and quickly and efficiently. I couldn't believe how much they achieved in so short a time. They did all I had originally asked for and more. They charged me a very reasonable price too, took away all the green waste when they had finished and left everywhere neat and tidy .

They did a good job in replacing the garden edging and pruning the trees. The wisteria in particular looks very happy! They came on the day and time agreed and worked despite the pouring rain.
