  I was recommended to Turner Plumbing Services by the plumber at work. From the moment Tina answered the phone I felt I was in good hands: she was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and better still she understood what I was trying to explain and the degree of urgency. Meanwhile she was asking all the right questions to match their availability to mine. She had had a cancellation this afternoon and within a couple of hours I had an engineer on site. The engineer knew what he was doing. He explained the process and answered all my questions. All done! Certainly a company I’d use again.

  Incomplete plumbing water feeds and gas work job

  I would not use this contractor Steve again, work was not complete and a lot work was required and additional costs to correct the work carried out. The contractor was suppose to get in contact to come back and finish the job. Unfortunately the contractor never got back in contact despite several chaser messages. A lot of miscommunication took place i.E. I was informed the plumber would arrive in the afternoon but instead turned in the morning. I believe he over committed with taking on work with multiple clients and underdelivered due to resource levels/ capability.

  Bathroom makeover

  Steve and team have given me my dream bathroom. I trusted them since we first met and Steve made everything so easy. Really fairly priced, super responsive to all my questions and the quality of the work is insane - particularly the tiles. Couldn't recommend them enough and grateful to have found someone I can trust. Going to do a kitchen makeover next with the team and can't wait.

  I have passed many jobs on to these guys for clients needing a trustworthy heating engineer, I have only ever heard good things back from my clients about Steve and his team. Punctual, polite, and gets the job done! I have personally worked on a few heating projects with Steve and is knowledge is outstanding! Thanks for everything, keep up the good work!
