We’ve worked with TFS for over five years. They've completed full office refurbishment for us, including project management and complete A/C install and service. Simon is a friendly, organised professional. His ability to oversee a project from start to finish is impressive; he truly goes the extra mile to ensure the workmanship is of the highest standard. Simon remains our go-to for ongoing maintenance. Whenever we face an untimely issues, he always endeavours to fit us in. It’s rare to find a specialist who can handle both large-scale projects and reactive maintenance with such care.

We commissioned TFS to investigate the status and condition of a large chiller at a leisure centre, and to provide a report on what needed to be done to bring the chilled water system back online. The report was very thorough and it enabled us to make some significant investment decisions, and we're aiming to complete the remedial through TFS over the coming months. Overall, we're very pleased with what they're delivering as a public sector client.
