  UNRESOLVED BUILDING CONTROL COMPLIANCE ISSUES

  Things started well. The team worked quickly on a major renovation, including a rear extension, rewiring, plastering... We had to course-correct a few issues along the way that we deemed acceptable. When only about 1% of the payment remained, Dave made excuses for months and never fully completed the job (see pics of finishing). We could have lived with that, but BUILDING CONTROL DID NOT APPROVE Turnkey's work. From day one, Dave reassured us everything was fine and that they would deal with Building Control, but when issues were raised, he made up lies and excuses & never came back to fix.

  We have never worked with such a hard customer as this , even building control had issues. in regards to finishes all was complete and had building control inspection, we customised their kitchen and finished and was approved by the customer surely if they wasn’t satisfied they wouldn’t have paid. in regards to finial sign off building control asked for ventilation of flat roof of which we submitted a cost but the client didn’t want to pay. this gentleman was the most difficult of clients to please we will be submitting our claim of retraction against defermition of character towards us

  Great Service from Turnkey Gap

  Fantastic service from Dave and his team, Roofers/electricians/plumbers/glazers etc all work to a very high standard, work was completed in good timeframes. I would highly recommend Turnkey Gap/David Steadman and his teams. Dave is also very helpful with suggestions on what will work well when planning your project. I will definitely use this company for future projects.

  Fantastic job - Highly recommend

  We recently had our kitchen refurbished along with new flooring in the the kitchen and hallway and we were really pleased with the results. Dave's & his team were really professional, reliable & easy to work with throughout. . They were punctual, tidy & respectful of our home at all times. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled & trustworthy building company.

  Rear and front extension with large loft conversion

  We couldn’t be happier with the work done by Dave ( Turnkey) on our house renovation. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely stress free!. Communication was clear and consistent , timelines were well managed l, and every detail was handled with care and precision. The quality of workmanship is outstanding , everything has been finished to an exceptionally high standard, and it’s clear that real pride was taken the work. Any questions or changes along the way were handled promptly, which made a huge difference! Well done Dave and his team!!
