Toby and his team have been excellent. The standard of their work is top class. Our brickwork is heritage and there are specific complex requirements about presentation, and TW builders have gone over and above - it looks incredible, and you would not know it was an addition to the original house. Toby himself is communicative, open, and absolutely transparent on costs. He is also consultative and his 20yrs+ experience means he really understands how what and how to get the best results. Toby is polite, respectful, and professional. He listens carefully and clearly explains each stage of the process, regularly checking in to make sure you're happy with how things are going. His team are hardworking and efficient, cheerful and friendly and a pleasure to have around.

Excellent job from Toby and team, new foundations with tricky electric and gas pipes to be moved, 3 room extension, neat and tidy throughout and friendly team Extras required such as paving was no trouble Highly recommend

Toby and his crew were brilliant. Arrived punctually, worked quickly and effectively and cleaned up well after themselves each day. The weather halted progress a little but they made up for it as soon as it stopped raining and the job was finished in good time. They were friendly, easy to work with and gave great advice on the finishing touches. We were really pleased with the results.

From initial quotation to finish Toby and his team, at TW Builders, have provided a first class service. The quality of workmanship along with their extensive knowledge has meant the project was delivered on time and on budget. This combined with their integrity and clear communication made working with them a pleasure. I’m extremely happy now the new porch is in situ and the steels are in place creating my open plan ground floor. I would certainly recommend TW Builders and use them again.
