When I locked myself out of my house late last year, Tom was at my place within an hour and had me back in my property within minutes. He was very kind and efficient, with reasonable prices, and I'll definitely be calling him back up if I end up in a similar pickle in the future!

This was the second time I called Tom, and once more I'm very happy with the service he provided: I won't hesitate to call him again, should I need a locksmith in the future.

I have to say that it was a pleasure to deal with Tom. I had an issue with a tenant struggling to operate a front door lock. Tom called me back promptly and he very kindly altered his schedule the following morning to visit the property. Where rather than just bang in a new lock for an extortionate amount, which others had suggested. Tom serviced the lock that was there and communicated with the tenant who does not have much English. All for a very resonable cost in my opinion. I have saved Tom's contact details and will definitely call for any futher lock issues in the South London area. A++
