New Consumer Unit, Extension Electrics, Outside Patio

Electrical assessment of current electrics. New consumer unit, sockets, switches and pendants.
Moved into 1930s property in September 2020. Previous owners had obviously cut major corners when installing additional electrics. Assessment of entire property carried out. Electrics being done in stages and work is still ongoing. Additional sockets installed in all rooms, new consumer unit, new fascias fitted and centralising pendants. Tim listens to my requirements and, if not practical, we work together to find a solution. Easy to get along with. Leaves the property clean and tidy. Full house rewire
You never really want a tradesman in your home but Tim is the best tradesman we have ever had in any trade, friendly, polite, accommodating, but most of all throughout a two week full house rewrite (where we were staying in house) Tim ensured that the work order encroached as little as possible on us an our cats. He tidied every night, explained any required changes and was genuinely a pleasure to have around. We are now confident and assured we live in a safe home for decades to come. Whole house re-wire and new loft conversion wiring
Tim was a pleasure to have in our home very polite, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He really spent the time to explain everything that was possible to have regarding switches and lighting and placement of sockets.We have also had speakers and CCTV installed by Tim. Outdoor Double Socket
Tim came to quote and shortly after fitted an out door double socket. Lovely work, very neat and in line with other cable on the house so looks nice and tidy. Quick and efficient. The quote and work was done at the weekend which was convenient for us working full time. We would use TW Electrical again and will be recommending to friends and family.
