Completed to a high standard. Good communication. Very calm and patient - even when the customer is wrong!

Good quality work and fair pricing

Tom initially offered us suggestions for us to fix the flooding ourselves. Unfortunately, these fixes didn't reduce the flooding enough, and so he proposed installing a new drain to take the water away from the flooded area. He provided a full breakdown of the work, and planned to have it completed in a single day. His team arrived on time, worked hard, and got the job done in a day. They left the site as they found it, with a little bit of mud on the paths, which was unavoidable given how flooded the area had been. The flooding is now gone! We're very pleased with the result.

Tom uses a quantity surveyor and provides itemised costings. He invested time to confirm the specification, several site visits and coordinating with the builder. Good communication, with quick replies via email, phone and text. Worked through small alterations without increasing costs. Tom met every commitment, including scheduling. Work was completed faster than committed and to a very good standard throughout. Using Tom for additional projects already.

The work was complete on 2 separate days. It was hit by the Covid 19 pandemic however TW Hardscaping completed the work as soon as possible. We are very happy with the finished product
