From start to finish, dealing with Twickenham Services was straightforward. Frazer resolved the problem we had efficiently and communication with the office was easy.

Had a problem with my boiler intermittently cutting out. Twickenham Services were very prompt to arrange an appointment to have it looked at and were transparent in their pricing. Fraser attended on time, diagnosed the problem after some testing, and provided an interim solution. He was helpful and clear in recommending a permanent solution, which I accepted. I was then invoiced with a detailed breakdown of the works carried out and the reasonable costs. I'm very please that the issue was fixed and with the overall professionalism, responsiveness, transparency and communication shown.

Have had numerous works carried out by TW Services over the last few years - from full air con installation to boiler servicing to water filter system installation. Always excellent services, well run office with friendly and professional staff. Operatives and engineers on site are courteous and tidy. No hesitation in recommending this excellent local firm.

Charlie serviced our gas boiler. Was polite and knowledgable. We also had an additonal plumbing request which was fixed and dealt with quickly. Would recommend.
