    Lock replacement

    Carlton was nothing short of amazing. Excellent communication, very professional and responsive. We needed our locks replaced at short notice, and Carlton helped source a lock within our budget, and fit the lock at a time that suited us. He was right on time, exceptionally professional, and did a great job. I would recommend his services to anyone, and will use him again (hopefully not locking myself out for a while haha)!

    We had a new lock fitted to the front door.

    The lock was fitted only after ensuring that it could not be fixed . Time was taken and the process explained about what had happened to the mechanism. Really honest and very tidy. Gave great advice on what would work best and I would highly recommend. Flexible with times and went above and beyond.

    Front Doors

    Carl from Twin Locks completed an excellent job changing locks and door handles on my two front doors. He arrived on time and completed the tasks within a couple of hours and additionally went out of his way to collect and fit a door handle which was proving difficult to locate. His attention to detail was precise and he worked in a neat and tidy manner. I have no hesitation in recommending him to you.

    Front door lock change/ upgrade

    I called Carl from Twin Locks because I needed a lock change/upgrade for my front door. After only sending a picture of the old lock, Carl came over very quickly with the correct parts and removed my old lock and fitted a new one. Carl is very professional, knowledgeable friendly and polite, I would highly recommend him.

    I called Carl from Twin Locks because I recently refurbished my kitchen and wanted a high security lock fitted. He came over almost straight away and measured and ordered a lock which needed to be a specific size. Carl was very professional, very knowledgeable and polite, I would highly recommend him for any future work.
