Upgrade of faulty alarm system
I rung Khalil out of hours to look at our old alarm system which was activating and not responding to a reset. Khalil managed to silence the alarm but as it was obsolete Khalil suggested fitting a new system. We accepted Khalils written quote which had the original call out charge removed. Khalil worked tirelessly to install and commission the new system. He then went through the control system with us to ensure we were happy with everything. He did a great job at a reasonable price. Would heartily recommend Khalil.

NEW CAMERAS
Twin Security systems engineer came out to do the quote was very knowledgeable and professional. He was extremely courteous and explained exactly how they would do the job. On the day they were very punctual and kept me informed as they went along. Discussed a few minor changes along the way. They also tidied up some other external wiring. Overall a very pleasant experience. Recommend to others 100%

New Alarm
Twin Security systems installed a brand new Police Respose Alarm Very good easy system to use Clean install than previous company Excellent afterservice too. Always on the other end of phone Cleaned up after install. Quick service Thank you guys

Home alarm system
I had an issue with my burglar alarm. Contacted Twin security and Khalil came out the same evening and fixed it. Agreed we needed a new system as there were issues with the old one. Within the week I had a new system in place. Very helpful and polite. Good quality service and I would use again without hesitation.

New box on the front of house and control panel
Noor responded to my enquiry quite quickly, he came to give an estimate on the day and time he said he would. Noor turned up at the time allocated checked all the system out, as some parts were quite old one of the senses not working he sent off for a new sensor and came back quickly with it he was very courteous did a very good job explained how it worked, the price was very good. I would definitely recommend him and and would have him again if needed.
