  The installer, Tom, was highly professional. His willingness to work long hours and his attention to detail ensured that all deadlines were met and the quality of the finish was excellent. Tom managed the project as well as installing the kitchen. The electrician, plumber and plasterer who supported Tom were similarly professional and hardworking. I have no hesitation in recommending TW Installations as a company of the highest integrity whose work is outstandingly good.

  Kitchen Installation

  I’m not always easy to please. Some may even call me picky! I like things to be done right and the work done by Tom was faultless. Despite a bit of a palaver with delayed dates (due to conveyancing) communications were helpful and positive. The work was excellent. He was also able to recommend other tradespeople for electrics and tiling and they met the same high standards. All of my requirements were accommodated. I can thoroughly recommend Tom for his work, his attention to detail and his polite and respectful manner.

  A job well done - kitchen installation, plastering, plumbing and electrical work all part of it

  It was a large project involving dismantling the existing kitchen, replacing the ceiling, rejigging the plumbing, replastering walls and adding new electrical fixtures to the kitchen as well as installing the new kitchen units. The team pushed on with the work each day and, given that they had to pull down the old ceiling, remove old plaster etc they did well to keep the place clean and tidy. I was frequently kept informed of progress and any potential issues were raised with me early on where an action plan and resolution to the issue was agree. A painless and successful experience for me!

  Kitchen Fitting

  Recently had my Wren kitchen installed by Tom and I couldn't be happier. His pre fit survery identied a few problems which were quickly rectified. Tom was punctual, polite, friendly and extremely clean and tidy. He coordinated with the electrician and gas fitter so all aspects of the installation ran smoothly. Communication during the fitting was excellent with Tom always happy to answer any questions. Tom's attention to detail really shows in the completed kitchen and I have no hesitation in recommending TW Installations when looking for a reliable and experienced kitchen fitter.
