  Shower replacement fitting and boiler service.

  Kad has done plumbing work for us for 2 years. Very professional , courteous, punctual, and clean and tidy in his work. A pleasure to have such a responsive tradesperson. Highly recommended.

  Hive smart installation

  Had the hive smart installation fitted today. I booked Twintech heating through check a trade website. Communication from start to finish was outstanding. Kadeem was able to fit me in very quickly which was much appreciated. Highly reliable, reasonably priced, very friendly and knowledgable about the Hive. Would highly recommend Twintech heating to anyone. Thanks again

  Leaking cylinder tank

  My experience with Twintech is an excellent service and Cad will go that extra mile to help people. Its not just about doing a job! This is the customer care focus everyone should have. Called out same day as promised despite doing other jobs on the day.(late evening call ) but as we had a leak it was welcomed.Kept me informed on waiting for parts which delayed completion usually do not hear anything which gets you worried. Also called to see if leak had returned while await parts to come. If so would have called round again. This is excellent customer care.

  Excellent work, able to re-arrange the diary to see me within <24 hours. Excellent service, and very polite and friendly. Talked me through the faults and offered me options for the fix. Highly recommended!
