We put a request through Checkatrade to have an awning fitted. Tom from TWJ contacted us almost immediately to offer his services. We negotiated a reasonable price and booked a date in. Tom contacted us a couple of days before just to confirm everything was still ok. He arrived at the requested time and made sure we were happy with the awnings placement. He and his assistant fitted the awning and took all of the packaging away. Tom, communicated will with the fitting, was punctual and polite, also has done a great job. Definitely will use Tom again if required and wholeheartedly recommend him.

We were in urgent need for someone to fix our integrated washer dryer cabinet door. Tom was prompt in all communication and offered help straight away at a very reasonable price. He came and completed the job in 1hr and was overall very polite and professional. He was also able to send us an electronic invoice the morning after the job. Would definitely use his services again!

I had two flat pack item to be assembled and Tom did them with confidence and care. Tom was on time and was very happy and polite with us. Tom was very honest about the time for both jobs and never left a mess. I would definitely recommend him for other jobs.

Tom responded very quickly and was able to come out the same day, which was a huge help. He safely removed a broken glass ceiling light and carried out the job thoroughly and carefully, making sure everything was left clean and safe afterwards. He was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. I would happily recommend Tom and will definitely use his services again.

Home clearance. What happened was spoke to Tom on the phone as had lots of house and garden stuff to get rid of. He loaded up the truck and was gone next day. Job done. 5 stars all round👏
