We found this trade through the Checkatrade leaflet, he made excuses prior to arriving and when he did arrive, he provided us with a quote for fitting two solid doors, others have been fitted before okay, but I couldn’t go back to the original trade. He made a total hash of one door and has split the veneer on one as well. Neither door shut properly and don’t fit within the frames. We will need to replace at least one of the doors.

While the job turned out to be something else entirely Tom did a great job at replacing several joists on my landing which has now made it more stable to walk on, I will definitely be using Tom again.
