Fixed a leaking shower drain
Tom, fixed a leaking drain in the childrens shower and left the panel open just incase there where any further leaks. He advised that he would be back in a few days to check on this and barring any further leaks would then seal the panel. Since then I have not seen Tom. I have called and texted Tom more than 10 times and each time his responses are how apologetic he is and that the will come and the job that will take 5mins tops!! This has been going on since the 19th July and today the 6th October I still havent seen him. I called and gave him this job based on your reviews!

Stopped leaked, enabled temporary water, upgraded old pipe work
After an “easy” DIY job went horribly wrong, I contacted a few local plumbers. Due to it being a Sunday most were unavailable. I spoke with Plumber Tom, he asked the seriousness of the nature. After I explained I had to turn the water off, he asked my location and was with me within 40 minutes. Tom, arrived and we had a joke about my bad DIY experience. He went above and beyond any expectation I could of imagined. His main concern was to get me running water. This is exactly what he did. He explained to me the issue we had due to how old the pipe work was! He was very knowledgeable.
