    Come on time as arranged. Polite and great warm introduction. Took time to listen and engage in a conversation. Work effectively and efficiently. Suggested improvements and did the work with no hassle. Solved the issues and gave some advice about some alternative options regarding an additional data cable. Great, professional and friendly person. Definitely would recommend for you TV solutions and in fact I have to my partner.
