Garden refurbishment
Dean did a huge job in our garden and completely renovated it. He laid new paving and laid artificial grass as well as building a fence and gate. The garden was on a steep slant which was corrected and is now level. It looks amazing and completely different. Nothing was a problem for him. He worked non stop ensuring everything was perfect. Really approachable and friendly. He also did my front garden a couple of years ago and did an amazing job then too. The price was far less than other quotes given and was a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dean.

Replaced Roof
Tyne and Wear building services were great they worked well they were hard working making a good job ensuring they completed the work quickly and to a high standard. I would happily use them again for other projects as well as recommend them to others.

Roof ridge repointing and sliped tiles
Very happy with the works completed on the repointing of my ridge tiles and clean up afterwards. Especially after receiving some extortionate quotes. Would definitely recomend and use again if needed.

Replacing a roof tile and repointing the ridge tiles
Dean was fantastic. Arrived promptly and came up with a quick solution to my issue that did not involve the need of expensive scaffolding as other businesses had told me (my house has limited access to the roof). The job was completed on the same day as the quote. Could not be happier. Have got him on other work now and will recommend to my friends.
