Flat roof installation with associated lead work

I had some flashing on the roof that’s blown up during the high winds. I messaged Ty yesterday evening and someone was able to attend first thing this morning. A quick and inexpensive resolution was found. Will definitely use again.

Balcony roofs were leaking under decking, the decking was removed by others. The substrate was then removed and replaced and coated using liquid a rubber coating with all new associated lead work.

Following inspection the felt was found to be faulty. This was ripped up and replaced with new.

Tyrone and his team installed a three layer felt system on our garden room they arrived on the day that was booked and completed the roof on the same day with a 10 year guarantee

Guys turned up on time, got to work straight away, ripped and redone roof ridge done by other company for previous owner. Very efficient, clean and polite and most importantly very well organised. Highly recommend.
