Balcony roofs were leaking under decking, the decking was removed by others. The substrate was then removed and replaced and coated using liquid a rubber coating with all new associated lead work.

Following inspection the felt was found to be faulty. This was ripped up and replaced with new.

Tyrone and his team installed a three layer felt system on our garden room they arrived on the day that was booked and completed the roof on the same day with a 10 year guarantee

Guys turned up on time, got to work straight away, ripped and redone roof ridge done by other company for previous owner. Very efficient, clean and polite and most importantly very well organised. Highly recommend.

Right from the initial estimate Ty Slater was excellent in all respects. He always responded to our texts as soon as he could and fully answered our queries. He agreed and kept to the start date and the scaffolding was completed in a day and a half. The reroofing sarted a very few days later. Four men turned up at 8:30am the first day and started stripping the old slates, two men the next day until th final day about a week later. On the final day, one man spent the day cleaning and tidying up. All finished by Christmas and all thouroughly well done too,
