Reliable, professional, great communication & work done well.
Roughly 8x6m extension to the rear of bungalow. Recommended Tyza by a friend and throughout the job from plans & calculations, groundworks, upto roof, Tony and the rest of the tyza guys were excellent. Great communication, clear quotes, worked flexibly with us for our needs and input, always turned up reliably and worked hard all day. Cant fault any of the work or way it was done. Very happy with the results. Have and would recommend Tyza to friends and family and would use them again for future works.Verified reviewerJob location: SS1110 Loft Conversions

Hardworking, professional & a great team!
Tony and his team have just completed our loft conversion & we are delighted with it. The Tyza team are so lovely, really respectful of our space & left our property tidy before they left each day. All the works have been completed to an excellent standard. We loved watching the daily progress & our messy, cramped loft is now a gorgeous, airy space that we absolutely love. Huge thanks to Tony, Phil, Chris, Ken & all the other tradesmen who grafted all summer, through 35 degree heat some days! We are thrilled with our loft & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tyza for your building work.Verified reviewerJob location: SS129.67 Extensions / Conversions

Reliable and professional
We’re really pleased with the work Tony and his team carried out for us. From the initial quote through to completion, they were both reliable, professional and easy to deal with. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and they took the time to make sure everything was done properly and to a high standard. They were also happy to discuss different options, offer advice and accommodate changes along the way. Communication was great throughout, and the work was completed as agreed. We’re really happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend Tyza Development.Verified reviewerJob location: CM129.67 Garage Conversions

A very reliable and professional company.
Tony and his team built a side and rear extension to our house, as well as laying a large patio. We cannot speak highly enough of this company, the work was carried out to an extremely high standard. Everyone involved with the company were very professional and thoughtful. We are so glad we chose this company to carry out the work and he gave good advice when we were unsure about things. Good communication throughout, we were kept updated regularly.Verified reviewerJob location: CM39.67 Loft Conversions
