UK Engineers came to service my boiler but didn't carry out any safety checks or give me a certificate, he said this was because the heating had a fault. I have had it confirmed that there is no fault and have tried to contact UK Engineers, for him to complete the service but he hasn't replied. He charged me £65 to run the hot tap and turn the heating on, obviously I am very disappointed with his service and wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I could not fault the service carried out. The engineer was efficient and explained the repair clearly

We had a problem with no heating or hot water plus one radiator wasn’t working and Darren came and sorted all the problems and serviced the boiler. He was pleasant and courteous throughout and kept us informed throughout his visit as to what he was doing or had done. I would recommend this company.
