10 Boiler repair

Mums boiler packed in late Saturday night so I rang these guys as I had used them myself a few months ago. They answered the phone (at 8.30pm!) and I arranged for an emergency visit. Liam arrived an hour or so later and managed to get it going for now but he told us we needed a new part so I made arrangements to have that done. Monday afternoon, Leighton came and fitted the new part, lovely bloke. All very friendly and professional and works done at a reasonable price too! Fantastic, prompt work from Leighton at UK Gas. Andy the fitter was very polite and did a great job leaving everywhere clean and tidy. From our initial phone call asking for a quote because our very old boiler had broken, to a new combi boiler fitted and working within a couple of days. From start to finish, Uk Gas Group were spot on. I made an enquiry with them, they provided me with a cost and an ETA, the engineer came out and I was back up and running within 30 minutes.
