Tommy was my engineer that came absolutely lovely guy, very polite and eased my anxiety that I suffer with especially having someone in my house and dealing with electrics etc put me right at ease, he work diligently even though the temperature was 38 degrees in the garden and was tidy and very informative of what he was doing, can’t praise him enough for his work and manners, he is a credit to your company on all levels..thank you so much, can’t wait to get back in my now working hot tub. 😍

I can't recommend UK Hottubs highly enough. As we have a service contract they come every three months to look after our hot tub for us. The guys are always friendly and smiling not matter what the weather (even in the pouring rain). They do what they need to do without any fuss or bother and clean up thoroughly once they are done. And I always get a quick report before they leave. Very happy with their service.

Brilliant quarterly service as normal - the guys turn up exactly on time, work in a tidy and clean manner, do a great cleaning of the tub and leave it all set ready for use, recommending replacement parts etc if needed. Have used this service constantly since I bought the hottub 9years ago and would highly recommend, as the thoroughness and regularity of the service has maintained the tub really well, especially as the water in my area is limescale heavy, so the service is an essential part of the tub maintenance.
