4 hours + then charged per hour
2 guys came with all the right equipment and moved us 10 minutes down the road. However, on their website it says "no hidden costs", when actually the move is booked for 4 hours (at £480). Any additional hours is charged at £95/hour plus VAT (aka £114). I do feel like this could have been completed faster but just bear in mind that it's not one set fee, it is essentially 4 hours + hourly thereafter. No issues with the move at all, the guys did the job, dismantled and reassembled bed & wardrobe. Hi, thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify, the quote clearly stated 4 hours for 2 men and 1 large Luton, with dismantling and reassembly included. The move was from a 4-bedroom house, and the additional hourly rate of £95 + VAT (£114) after the first 4 hours was also clearly stated on the quote. So there were no hidden costs; everything was outlined before the move. We’re pleased you were happy with the team and the service provided. And still apologies for any inconvenience caused . Friendly and respectful of property
This is the 2nd time I have used this company for house move. Didn't even look anywhere else for a quote this time. They turned up on time. Very friendly guys. Respectful of property. Used protective padding around certain items. Quick and efficient.
