Rotted roof felt, and wood beams causing damp issues
Within 20 minutes of writing a job on check a trade, Joseph called directly to discuss the details, and arranged to view and diagnose the next day. Joseph was knowledgeable, honest and explained everything that would be required to address the issues we had with our roof. The quote was competitive, and he was able to schedule the work in for us very quickly. Really great experience with this company. Joseph was very professional and got up on the roof to examine what was needing done; took photos and explained everything to me before working out pricing. Completely upfront about what was needed. No hidden costs. The work was completed really promptly. Great work ethic. Quality products used. Great communication.
