Our water softener stopped working and I made an appointment to have it checked. Rosalyn was extremely helpful & an appointment was made. Carl came today (took shoes off without asking!), and spent time looking at the problem. He has replaced many parts (under the 10 year parts warranty), and is confident the problem is sorted. Even asked me to contact on Weds to let him know! Polite, courteous & professional. He also moved the softener from a difficult to access cupboard to a more sensible position! Has left the kitchen clean. dry & tidy! As usual an EXEMPLARY service from UK Water Softeners.

We recently had a water softener and filter system installed by UKWatersoftener, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Sarah provided the initial quote and was incredibly helpful, clearly explaining our options and making the process straightforward. Pete, who carried out the installation, was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all our questions. The work was done to a high standard and with minimal disruption.

We moved into brand new house end October 1989 and had water softener system installed. March 2023 I had a problem with my water softener system and was recommended to Andrew Goodey's company, UK Water Softeners. Carl Galvin, their engineer, successfully 'rebuilt' the system. 21 July 2025 another problem and Carl made the necessary repair. Each time the receptionist, Andrew and Carl were most helpful. Carl had protective covering for the floor, worked efficiently and speedily. I was most impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend the firm and particularly Carl. Excellent service.

Carl was visiting my neighbour and popped round to me when I requested that he looked at my current Water Softener which was overflowing. He was able to fit a new softener for me there and then with no fuss, no mess I’m very quickly. He also needed to replace the isolator valves which again was done efficiently. I now feel that I am able to trust my Water Softener again and would recommend this company for its speed and efficiency.
