Reliable, professional, and great customer service. I have used the company for 26 years when they installed my first water softener. I would not be without out it now and when it did need maintenance this week (for the first time in 13 years!) Carl came out quickly and had it back working that day. I always buy my block salt here too. Highly Recommended.

My existing water softener was installed by UK Water Softeners in 2010. Following a mailshot I thought it would be a good idea to get the unit checked out. Carl arrived on time and within 30 minutes he had the water softener out from under the sink along with several MDF panels/shelves. Carl gave me the bad news by condemning the existing water softener. I was given two options - 1) Recon unit or 2) New unit. The new unit was installed, tested, all panels refitted within an hour. The service I received was excellent and Carl answered all my questions without delay or hesitation.

When our water softener sprang a leak, I got in touch with UK Water Softeners, and the whole experience was genuinely impressive. The engineer, Carl Galvin, organised a visit and arrived right on time. He explained our choices clearly, as the existing unit was quite old, and we opted for a new installation. Carl fitted it expertly and left everything neat and tidy. I’d happily recommend UK Water Softeners.

Having had our water softener for 14 years we had some small issues with it. Rather than just getting me to pay for an engineer the person on the phone gave me a few tips on things I could try myself to sort it out. These helped a bit, but I decided I would arrange for a engineer to come. The engineer (Carl Galvin) explained everything very clearly and gave us some time to decide what we wanted to do. The issue was then very quickly resolved and the workspace tidied up well. Every since my first interaction with this company they have been A+. I thoroughly recommend them.

From start to finish, the experience was really good. Our water softener had stopped working and another company said it needed replacing, asking for a lot of money. I liked the look of this company and gave them a call. Jade on phone was really nice and helpful and suggested the engineer should call and try and fix the softener and replace it if it couldn't. Carl the engineer was really good, constant updates of when he would arrive, very polite, neat and tidy. tools on a mat. Tried to fix our softener but couldn't and instantly replaced with a new one and then cleaned up. Great stuff!

Having had a Harvey water softener 15yrs, I knew something was wrong when the water was tasting pure salt. I phoned the company and spoke to Rachel who was very professional and dealt with the problem immediately arranging for an engineer to come within 24hrs Engineer Carl, what a lovely man, he explained everything to me and what my options were without any pressure to make a decision, carried out the work and cleaned away thoroughly. I would recommend this Company to anyone thinking of having a water softener installed 100%
