Had my kitchen fitted with ultimate homes.From start to Paul coming out and measuring up and designing it he was very helpful with suggestions and lay out of kitchen .Also to Brian and Russel to help choose colour schemes for worktop splashback and wetwall which all matches perfectly, and to Darren the kitchen fitter who went above and beyond to get it all perfect,couldn't have asked for better .Also Michael the electrician and Nigel the plumber and to Craig who came out for final inspection, all great guys .

Bathroom, guys where great. Kirsty was great very helpful. The survet was done really quickly and the guys where excellent doing the install and i love the new bathroom

The finished bathroom is largely good and the fitters were pleasant, but the aftercare was disappointing for a job costing around £9,000. Sealant was missing around the shower tray/screen, causing water to seep out, and I had to chase this after raising it at the post-install visit. The biggest issue was the bathroom door: the original was removed, no replacement was fitted, and I was left 7 weeks with no bathroom door despite the plan showing one was included. The eventual fix still leaves finishing work for me to handle.... Good result overall, but poor communication and snagging.

Bathroom all done, everyone has been amazing. Job is lovely. Couldn't be any happier with my new bathroom

Delighted with my new door, all went smoothly and on time, installation guys were polite and very tidy
