I hire this company to refurbish my toilet and they were very efficient, kind, clean and helpful. It was very nice that they were with me throughout the whole process and also gave me very reasonable payment options. I would recommend them.

Very happy with the service I received throughout the process, in-home consultation to help plan with Sharron was very useful to help me choose what I wanted, Steven in customer services was extremely helpful when I needed to switch the bath selection and helped me get the bath that was right for what I wanted and Nigel kept me well informed through the process on the financial side of the project. George and Odhran who came to fit the bathroom were amazing as well, they completed the job to a high standard and were great at making sure everything was as I wanted through the process, thank you for all your hard work I am so pleased with the result.

From the off the company seemed reliable and very knowledgeable. They explained that it would be 1 month before they could fit the bathroom which was acceptable. We expected the company to keep in touch and let us know the progress of the project beforehand in case there were any delays. One month came and went - we obvs phoned twice at this point and told someone would call us back but nothing. Eventually they came (three months later and after much chasing!) the issues were there from the moment they came in, the survey hadn’t been completed ergo poor shower installation- I now have leaks!

Kirsty came to see us and was truly wonderful with her ideas for our ensuite which is a small space. Brian fitted our new bathroom suite and I have never met such a lovely man. So helpful and obliging. He completed the job to an outstanding standard and we are absolutely delighted. Everyone within this company have been faultless. Just fabulous. Thank you so much.
