After a long search we decided to go with Ultra bathroom installations who from the start were great to deal with. EJ provided a detailed quote with graphics, made suggestions to maximise the floor space and pointed out certain things we didn't need to do. The workmanship from Artan was fantastic with a very high standard of tiling that elevated the end result to the lovely bathroom we now have. EJ sent photo updates keeping us informed all the way and thank you Karen who co-ordinated payments and work updates, I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a new bathroom.

My decision was based on their well reasoned expert level design resolution to a complicated full bathroom refurbishment, which resulted in a beautiful and fully functional finish. I received honest thorough transparency throughout the entire process where every unexpected issue was handled with great proficiency. Completion was quick, considerate, and well organised. There were many instances where they went above and beyond to make both my new bathroom and experience during the job great.

New vanity unit fitted, and bath panels replaced. Good communication from EJ throughout. Artan did an excellent and very professional job, working within the existing bathroom configuration. Very pleased with the result.

The team completely transformed the space into a modern, stylish, and functional bathroom that exceeds all my expectations. From the initial consultation through to completion, Ultra were professional, reliable, and clearly passionate about what they do. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Every tile was perfectly aligned, and the fittings look fantastic. The team were always punctual, respectful of my home, and left things clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!

Lovely installation of our family bathroom and ensuite. EJ knows what he doing and has lots of expereince and created a nice plan for us. Greg the fitter was a star and worked so hard in hot temperatures. He had great attention to detail and offered some alternatives which really benefitted the overall look. Greg is a querky character but he was no trouble at all (coffee no sugar!) and he left the house spotless at the end of every day.

Clean, tidy job as discussed, kept on schedule and prompt in the mornings. EJ was very clear in his communication and ideas, thank you.
