Windows and door
We would recommend Ultrabright windows to people as we received a great service and communication from initial appointment until completion. All staff was polite and friendly with no pressure selling. The fitters completed the windows and doors to a 5 star standard and made everything spotless after install. New windows and doors
We cannot fault the work done by Neil and Sarah. Alan of Ultrabright said they would do a good job and they did, there was no mess, they cleaned up as they went along. To be honest we were a little worried about having the work done, but they did a fantastic job and we are more than pleased with the windows and doors. Large conservatory and new composite doors.
Really big job using an existing conservatory base. All the external contracts Alan used were excellent and I would use again. Dealing with Alan is easy and he communicates really well. Great finish and all minor snags were dealt with quickly and without quibble. Special mention to Carl who led on the actual installation. A real grafter. All the team were polite and tidy (as much as you can be when building). There were some delays but these were explained and related to manufacturing delays. All new double glazed upvc windows and porch and door
