  High standard of workmanship

  We were so pleased with the quality of the work by Ian and his team. They were very friendly, and made several really helpful suggestions about how to make best use of the space, as the rooms are quite small. They kept in regular contact, and were even able to provide me with updates as I was away during the finishing stages of the job. The standard of their work is really high, and the bathrooms look great! Thank you, Ian.

  Great experience from start to finish. Very professionsl and knowledgeable. Assisted me in what i would need and price was very fair. Paul did an amazing job, absolutely love my new room . Would definately recommend. Amazing 10 out of 10 and i am not easily pleased.

  Julien and Maria`s new windows

  We just wanted to say a big thanks to Ultra Developments for the most professional service that we could have wished for during the replacement of our new double glazed windows. We are so pleased that we chose to go with Ultra Developments, the advive that they gave from the survey stage to the fitting process was spot on resulting in a great finish that has transformed the exterior of our house.   Window, french doors,gutter and fascia installation

  I cannot thank the team at Ultra Developments enough for a stress free installation. They successfully ordered, delivered and installed windows, french doors,fascia and gutters. The quality is excellent and service has been impeccable. All completed in the desired timeline. Ultra Developments are professional, polite and tidy.   Garage conversion

  This the second time Ultra has undertaken work for us. The first was a large ground floor conversion and this time it was the design and construction of a new ground floor toilet conversion in what was the garage. As we have come together expect Ian and Paul together with their excellent tradespersons delivered high quality work with exceptional customer care. Thank you again for your care and consideration when working in our home. We cannot recommend Ultra highly enough.
