  Extremely pleased with all the building work carried out. Great thanks to Ian, Paul, and all the tradesmen involved. All jobs were well oranised by Ian from start to finish. Everyone was polite, friendly and hard working. All tradesmen were always punctual, worked to a high standard and always tidied up afterwards eg. Plumbers, electricians, bricklayer, plasterers, painters, tiler, not forgetting all the hard work carried out by Paul who seemed to be here for hours on end! Nothing seemed too much trouble!

  Can’t recommend Ultra Developments enough. It was a big project for us and so important that we trusted the people working on our home. Ian and Paul have been exceptional throughout. The project has flowed seamlessly thanks to Ian’s management of the trades and different elements required. Every trades person brought to our home had been carefully vetted by Ian and this was evident in their courtesy and workmanship. From plumbers and electricians to painters and kitchen fitters and all in between. Ian and Paul are professional, hardworking, trustworthy and generally lovely to have in your home.
