We had units fitted in 2 bedrooms and lounge. The system is powerful enough to keep the whole house cool. Michael fitted it in 2 1/2 days. His standard of workmanship was exemplary. Very competitive pricing. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and as a former mechanical engineer myself I know what I expect.

Michael was excellent, so polite and thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble. A good standard of work with a very competitive price.

It was a complicated installation for us as a family because my youngest son has Autism, and so having strangers in our home, coupled with the loud noises of drilling etc are very difficult for my son to cope with. I explained all of this to Michael, and he was so understanding and accommodating, explaining before he began drilling so that my son understood what was going to happen. This made the whole thing that much easier. Michael is a very clean workman and left my home spotless and we are delighted! I wholeheartedly recommend UltraFix Property Services in every way. Fabulous!!!

I had Micheal come round to fix a leak I was having with some DIY plumbing. He took the time out to help me understand where I was going wrong and taught me useful tips. I highly recommend Micheal as he has a passion to do the best job possible.

Michael did a fantastic job, I can't speak highly enough of him. First class tradesman who goes the extra mile and is very polite and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is very trustworthy.
