We used Ultra Property Services to remodel and extend our new house. It was a four bedroom house which hadnt been touched in 50 years. They built a side return, a new kitchen, knocked down 3 interior walls, added 4 RSJs, replasterered the whole house, new plumbing and electrics, a new bathroom, a new kitchen, split a room into a larger sitting room and a new downstairs bathroom and utility room. They did all of this in 9 weeks in the run up to christmas so we could be in our new house for Christmas day. I cannot recommend them enough.

Ultra Property Services renovated 2 outdated bedrooms in my Victorian built home in Clapham, into a master bedroom, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The job was completed to the highest spec with great detail in the design and finish. Scott and Liam are passionate about their work and kept good communication from start to finish.

Scott and Liam are hardworking, extremely friendly, punctual and great at what they do. The work they did was to a high standard of course, but what set them apart is how present and communicative they are. Often with builders, the main guy comes to quote, and then you never see him again! Not the case with these two - they were involved all the way through, there in person on site, and were always contactable and clear with communication. I have recommended Ultra to others and will continue to do so.

I found Scott on Instagram. I contacted him for a job and of course I was skeptical I didn’t know them and I was investing a lot of money. I found myself liking him and Liam very much - not only great at doing their job but amazing people, willing to go the extra mile. They understood my design idea and went ahead to implement it, they provided feedback and they made the whole design even better . I could not be more happy with my bedroom and I know I am going to them for any other job I might need in the house . My friends all have their contact details - in case they will need them too.

Helped adapt initial design idea with their use of knowledge of designing and building bespoke wardrobe/storage space to build us the perfect wardrobe. The hard work they put in to the quality of their work is evident and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
