After emailing the office at breakfast time about having no hot water, they efficiently handled the job. The UltraWarm technician arrived after lunchtime as promised. He was very professional, thoroughly checked the system, replaced the necessary part, and restored the hot water. It was a smooth process, and I'm very pleased with the call-out and service plan. There was no cost to pay today and no drama involved.
