Jack arrived same day , quickly located the burst underneath the front lawn, repaired the pipe and refilled the hole removing any large stones. Nice tidy job ,definitely recommend.

I had a very scary looking letter from Thames water saying I had a leak in my property I telephone Jack from underground water services, he was quick to respond and explain the situation, he came that week to fix the problem. The work was done efficiently with little disruption to my day and all mess was tidied up. Highly recommend

Simply fantastic! Turned up when they said they would. Had the appropriate equipment not only to find where the under ground pipe was but the all the proper kit to detect the leak ! My leak was under my block paved drive. Jack (Company owner) and max then set about carefully lifting the blocks, digging the ground and then fixed the leak. Once the leak was fixed they put everything back as it was - you would'nt even know they'd been there !! Nothing was too much trouble. Just what you need in sutation like this. If you have an undergroung leak call Underground Water Services first !

Excellent in every aspect

Excellent service, can highly recommend, Jack, kept us informed and was prompt, he was round with in an hour of first contact to effect a temp repair, so we were not without water. Then came back and carried out the final dig and pipe replacement. Great hardworking guy, and extremely trust worthy. We can highly recommend Jack and his company.

Jack responded to our email about a leak in our water supply pipe within half an hour and came on site within an hour. As we were going on holiday we needed a quick repair and Jack fitted us into a busy workload coming out on a Saturday morning. He was on time, reliable and completed a quality job. Would definitely recommend to others.
