Left a lot of mess incl grout all over tiles which wouldn't wipe off. Sent photos & he agreed it was a mess. Said he'd return & put right or full refund. 8 wks later after numerous txts/calls he hadn't returned. Told him I woud get someone else to sort it and asked for 50% refund otherwise I'd leave a review. He sent a text "... I'll come to see you about this as I'm not happy. Let me know when you're home..." I'm a woman living on my own. Contacted Checkatrade but he didn't reply to them. 3 months later I'm leaving this review. Nothing good to say. Lot of my time wasted. Shower rooms a mess.

Andy proved to be very helpful, friendly and efficient. He explained fully what the job would entail and consulted me at every stage. His team all performed their various tasks to a very high standard. The job was completed on time and at a fair price. I was very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend the company.

Absolutely prefect. Came to quote within hours of first contact and after agreeing a very reasonable deal work was started two days later. Completed well ahead of time and the work area left tidy and clean at the end of every day. Could not fault any aspect of the work and will definitely be using them again.

I cannot recommend Andy and his wonderful team highly enough! From our first conversation until the handover over our fabulous new home he made our experience run like a dream. We are absolutely delighted with the amazing job that he has done. In 2023 we purchased our ‘forever home’ but we wanted to make it ours! So we planned to have an extension on the side and rear of our house, with the addition of a new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, full rewire, central heating, new plastering - the works. Our advice is if you’re thinking of having this kind of work done, give Under one Roof a call.
