I had been without toilets for 24 hours. Another company said they’d be here at 9am. They failed to turn up. I remembered my checkatrade brochure and phoned under pressure. I was extremely lucky that they were on the road and they kindly diverted to me and arrived within about 10 minutes of my call. He unblocked my toilets and then using a special camera showed me what will be an ongoing problem. He was fast and efficient and professional. Thank you very much.

When I rang initially I was given a price and that they would be able to assist on the day. I was told the name of the person who would ring me and when they would contact me which happened quickly.
