They was fantastic from start to finish always keep us informed what's going to happen during the day and any questions from us, we had a few problems with our bathroom ie state of the walls and to find out their used to be fire place years ago, which we agreed on the next step to solve the problem, so we had a new stud wall, then we had the whole bathroom skimmed and painted, new flooring, new showers, toilet and basin and units along the wall and wall cabinet and new towel radiator plus all new chrome fittings.

Terry and Lloyd did a fantastic job. They completely removed my old bathroom and refitted a new suite, tiled the walls and floor, ran electrics for an electric shower, fitted an electric mirror cabinet and towel rail, plastered and painted the walls and ceiling. They were respectful of my home and tidy workers. They’ve produced excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Terry communicated with me throughout on the progress of the work, and what could be used in the bathroom. They were friendly and polite throughout. I couldn’t fault them and would recommend unique bathrooms.

Initial quote detailed and clear. Terry and Lloyd were responsive to communications, providing further suggestions/costings as required. Final quote was quite reasonable. The job was meant to be 2 weeks (Mon-Fri) but ended up needed a Sunday to finish up due to unforeseen circumstances. All the team were friendly, courteous, hardworking and tidy; highly professional throughout. Building Control were happy with their work, and we are very happy with the quality of work and attention to detail. We love our new ensuite and would highly recommend Terry and Lloyd, and their team of helpers.

Terry and his team were fantastic. Quick turnaround due to commitments to get a shower fitted. Communication was good and delivered quote and job within 3 days.

Bathroom refitted inc flooring and MDF panelling. Work all completed to a very good standard, including some extras which hadn't been pre-ageeed. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we were always kept up to date with what was going on. There were some instances where they were late arriving, or weren't available to work, largely due to circumstances out of their control, but time was made up quickly and the work got done as planned. Also helped with a warranty issue with the bath once fitted, which was resolved.

Unique bathrooms have been great throughout the process of fitting our new bathroom. Have kept us informed throughout and provided a professional, friendly service. Top blokes, would highly recommend :)
