I initially reached out to Chris about an extension but we had a more pressing issue with a lack of ventilation and mould under our living room floor, due to the previous owner's 'upgrades'. Chris quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to fit us in quickly. The team came promptly each day, did a great job and kept me informed throughout with what they were seeing. Price was transparent and upfront, and Chris is a great guy to work with. We have a bunch of other stuff that we want to do on the house - we'll definitely be using these guys for as much as possible.

Ok , so I used Chris and his guys approximately 5 yrs ago for a flat refurb , I have moved again , whilst going through the process of buying it was such a nice feeling knowing I could take anything on , up together or needing work knowing unique would be there as before , so fast forward , I bought a 3 bed town house in need of extensive renovation, as expected Chris was there , full of enthusiasm, and ....on time !! , we worked through the job , also pleased to see same crew , says alot , thanks Chris

Chris and the team are renovating my house. Attic conversion, downstairs bathroom to first floor and new kitchen. It is an old property and there have been many surprises revealed during the preparation. Chris has been excellent updating us throughout the phases, explaining issues and providing solutions. Family bathroom completed, looks amazing, high quality work. Real progress in the attic. Next steps ground floor. All the tradesmen have been professional, polite and really good natured considering the challenges.

Chris and his team built a two storey extension for me which nearly doubled the size of the house and massively improved the living space, adding a separate self-contained annexe with bedroom, ensuite bathroom and living area plus another bedroom above. The work was done to a very high standard and the whole team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use Unique Construction for another project.

Chris and his team have been excellent in the renovations to the house. Found some pre existing problems with the property and sorted them out. Very happy with the work done would highly recommend.
