We were absolutely delighted with the efficiency from the first contanct with Amelia at Unique to the work carried out by Will the knowledable technician. All was good and working well when he left for more Emergency work

My initial contact with Unique was with their area sales guy. He was very responsive and provided a full detailed quote quickly, which I accepted. From there it went down hill. I had to chase 3 times for an appointment. Finally I was told a booking had been set, without any consultation. I asked for another date which was agreed. The confirmation email I received had the original unacceptable date. I queried and was sent a correct email confirming the date. Two days before my appointment, I was told it had to be cancelled and offered a new appointment two weeks later.

Provided a quote. Unfortunately the system and monthly cost combined was more than we wanted to spend.
