Design advice and planning through to getting rid of rubbish to completion was great. Very please and would highly recommend Unique Interiors. Friendly polite and respectful staff even accommodated our nervous cat! Floor protection was used and the finish was great. Would use them again. You get what you pay for as we all want a proper job done so unique interiors did a great job with out kitchen as it was a tricky bespoke fit but they came up with solutions to all the issues encountered. Very happy with the work!!

Unique Interiors did the job of renovating our house, approximately 4,500 square feet in total. The entirety of the house, kitchen aside, was stripped, replastered, and repainted. Extensive remodelling was done throughout including the construction of new walls and an entire drawing room complete with bespoke plastering. A new bathroom for the master bedroom was constructed which even featured a handmade marble sink made by a mason. Steve often went above and beyond for us, and despite the entire project being hugely stressful due to our short-time scale, he was a constant source of assurance.

We had an unused basement area and an idea. The architects designed the basics and rest was left to Steve from Unique to work with us to achieve a high quality end result that has really transformed our ability to use the basement. Project took 9 months and a whole range of trades were required from tanking, steels, plumbing, electrical, building and not least decorating. Supremely happy with result, and the journey was far less disruptive than it could have been. Dogs now miss having builders on site!

We found Steve to be an excellent project manager for this job. Steve is a good communicator, keeping us promptly informed with how work was progressing, and also keeping on top of how we were doing compared to our budget and his original scope. Steve also has a good idea for design, and would often come up with good suggestions for what we could change with our original plans but keeping to budget. All the trades Steve bought in we're good quality and considerate of any disruption to our neighbours. Overall we're very happy with the work of Steve and his team

We are extremely pleased with Steve and his team who carried out the work on our property. Steve was able to convert and extend the garage so that we now have two additional good size bedrooms and a separate shower/toilet. The work carried out is of very high quality and at all times Steve kept us up informed of progress and discussed ideas to improve the build. I can highly recommend Steve's company to carry out a quality building work.

Steve done all the work in our house with high standard! He kept us informed regularly of each stages of work and dealt with all the issues efficiently. His suggestions about the radiator locations were better than what we originally decided. I thought the cost of work he billed us for was reasonable! We have been working with him for over a year and feel like we know him very well and if any issue arises in the future I have no doubt he will resolve it immediately! I would totally recommend him to anyone for the work he did for us.
